We want you to be happy with your Guess Who LEB game. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

Damaged or faulty items

If your board or cards arrive damaged, incomplete, or with a printing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item free of charge. Please send a photo of the issue — it helps us fix it faster and improve our printing.

Wrong item received

If you received a different pack or category than the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no cost to you. You won't need to return the incorrect one.
