Terms of Service

These terms apply to guesswholb.com, operated by Guess Who LEB ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Our games are printed to order. Photographs on the site are representative; slight variation in colour and trim between the photos and the item you receive is normal in printing and is not a fault.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there was an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Custom boards and uploaded content

If you upload photographs for a custom board, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that you have permission from the people shown in them. You remain responsible for the content you submit. We may decline to print material that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We use your uploaded photos only to produce your order. We do not sell them or use them in marketing without asking you first.

Intellectual property

The Guess Who LEB name, site design, and our own artwork and packaging belong to us. You may not reproduce or resell them.

Third-party names and likenesses

Some of our category packs feature public figures and characters. These packs are produced for entertainment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any person, brand, team, or rights-holder depicted. If you are a rights-holder and have a concern about a pack, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in good condition. Beyond that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Age

Our products are suitable for general audiences. If you are under 18, please order with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time you order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
